Smoked Pork Belly Burnt End Mac & Cheese
Comfort food taken to the next level with Tender Cuts in-house smoked pork belly burnt ends layered over creamy mac & cheese and topped with melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • (1 lb) Pork Belly Burnt Ends
  • (5 lb) Mac & Cheese
  • (1 block) Cheddar Cheese
  • BBQ Sauce
  • (optional garnish) Green onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat pork belly burnt ends 
  3. Warm mac & cheese in an oven-safe dish.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Add pork belly burnt ends on top and drizzle lightly with BBQ sauce if desired.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
