Garlic Butter Steak & Potato Skillet
A simple but flavour-packed dinner featuring Tender Cuts AAA steaks seared in garlic butter alongside crispy golden potatoes. Perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend grilling season.

Ingredients

  • (2) AAA Ribeye or Striploin Steaks
  • (1 lb) Baby potatoes
  • (2 tbsp) Butter
  • (2 cloves) Fresh Garlic
  • (1 tbsp) Olive Oil
  • (Garnish) Fresh Parsely
  • (to taste) Salt & Pepper

Directions


  1. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Boil potatoes for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  5. Remove steaks and let rest.
  6. Add butter, garlic, and potatoes to the skillet. Cook until crispy and golden.
  7. Slice steak and serve over potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
