A simple but flavour-packed dinner featuring Tender Cuts AAA steaks seared in garlic butter alongside crispy golden potatoes. Perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend grilling season.

Ingredients
- (2) AAA Ribeye or Striploin Steaks
- (1 lb) Baby potatoes
- (2 tbsp) Butter
- (2 cloves) Fresh Garlic
- (1 tbsp) Olive Oil
- (Garnish) Fresh Parsely
- (to taste) Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Boil potatoes for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Remove steaks and let rest.
- Add butter, garlic, and potatoes to the skillet. Cook until crispy and golden.
- Slice steak and serve over potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
